  • Athlete Development - Fundamentals

    Fundamental

    Designed for those new to performance coaching such as youth athletes, introduction to strength sports and introduction to sports specific strength and conditioning.

    The Fundamentals Stream kicks off with an in-depth analysis of your physical literacy including: flexibility/mobility; strength; agility; and coordination/balance. By the end of the session you will have a clear undterstabdibg of your strengths and areas of development.

    Based on this analysis an individualised program will be developed for you.

    Initial consultation $75 and from $45/week thereafter.

  • Athlete Development - Performance Stream

    Performance

    Designed for athletes a few years into competing and aiming for local and state-level competitions/fixtures.

    The performance stream includes an in-depth analysis of your athletic abilities against those required for your sport.

    A program is then developed that focuses on developing overall strength, power, speed, agility and fitness.

    Initial consultation $75 and from $45/week thereafter.

  • Athlete Development - High Performance

    High Performance

    Designed for athletes striving for peak performance in national and international competitions.

    The high performance stream includes an in-depth analysis of your athletic abilities against those required for your sport and long-term season planning.

    The focus is on enhancing strength, power, speed, agility, and overall fitness, with a more structured approach to training volume and intensity. Training sessions are dependent on the demands on each sport.
