Peak Performance Age in Powerlifting

What does peak performance age look like in Powerlifting? The answer might surprise you!

A 2019 study found men reach their peak performance in powerlifting in their mid-30s and women in their late-30s/early 40s.

These findings are exciting and hopefully break down some barriers and perceptions for mature age athletes.
