A well-balanced diet provides the fuel and nutrients necessary to support optimal energy levels, muscular development, and recovery. Carbohydrates are a primary source of fuel for intense physical activity, while proteins aid in muscle repair and growth.

Hydration is also paramount, as it helps regulate body temperature and supports optimal muscular function.
